Weather it’s a brand new technology, or the newest version of a classic, Harvest uses our decades old network of manufacturers to find new bakery and food production equipment at competitive prices. Most new products are sold with 6 or 12 month parts and labor warranty coverage.

AS-IS EQUIPMENT

Need a parts machine? We have an extensive warehouse and a revolving door of used bakery and restaurant equipment and we are happy to purchase your unwanted items.

PARTIAL REBUILDS

Is your mixer leaking oil? Does your dough divider squeak or grind? It could be as simple as a bearing or a motor swap. Our equipment experts can get your machines back to working order. Partial rebuilds meet any and all OSHA, Public Health Department, “washdown” requirements and are fully tested.

FULL REBUILDS

Many bakery machines are capable of decades of heavy use, but eventually need a ground-up restoration. This begins with complete disassembly and stripping the original paint. Frames and other major parts are primed and coated with a 2 stage epoxy (stronger than most factory paint jobs). Silver, gray, and flour white are the most common finishes, but custom colors are available upon request.
