Miwe Variety deck ovens come on a multitude of shapes and sizes, the smaller
deck ovens are designed with your needs in mind, can include a lower proofing
station or pan storage, all electric units, some units include a steam hood, All
Stainless Steel Construction, Self contained steam system, Digital controls or
Analog controls available.
MIWE
Miwe Ideal deck ovens are designed for heavy baking, comes in 4 to 6 baking
chambers, either steel or stone decks, All Stainless Steel Construction, Oil, Gas
or Electric fired, Digital or computer controlled, comes with several loading and
un-loading options.
MIWE
Miwe Condo Deck ovens offers more versatility to the baking industry, pastry
shops and restaurants while allowing a multitude of configurations.  The Condo
is an Electric oven with steam option if required.  The decks are stone slab to
assist in maintaining good bottom heat.  The Condo can be either digitally or
computer controlled.  Available options include: proofing cabinet, underframe,
steam hood, steam condenser, drying cabinet, pedestal and intermediate shelf.
MIWE
Miwe Thermal Express combines thermal oil with superb construction of a multi
deck oven.  The Thermal Express design allows either baking decks / chambers
or wagons.  Thermal oil allows the operator to maintain a close tolerance in the
temperature fluctuation with lower production costs.  A separate Oil heater is
required for this application.  Baking chamber available between 5-12, stone or
steel shelves, Oil, Gas, or Electrically fire thermal oil unit.
MIWE
Miwe Thermal-Rollomat is the oven for Industrial bakery, designed for
continuous baking applications for a multitude of products.  With front loading
and un-loading capabilities this oven can produce products with limited labor.  
Available heating options include Thermal Oil, Gas or Electric with Thermal Oil
being the most efficient.  The options with this Thermal-Rollomat are to
